Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applications.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including induction and documentation.
Employee Relations
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage employee benefits, including leave, health insurance, and other entitlements.
Compliance and Recordkeeping
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist in audits and prepare compliance reports as needed.
Performance Management
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees.
• Support the development of training programs for staff skill enhancement.
Policy Development
• Assist in creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Educate employees on policies and address any related queries.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
