Job Description

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of teaching and administrative staff.
• Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Handle visa processing and immigration documentation for staff.
• Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist in the management of employee benefits and payroll processes.
• Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and workforce analytics.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) for regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on changes to labor laws and immigration policies.
• Promote a positive school culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data for retention strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
