Training, Compensation and Benefits Plans, Industry Training, Legal Compliance, Payroll, Employee Grievance, Maintain data's, Employee relationships, Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
2 - 4 years of experience in HR or a related field
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
