Job Title: HR Executive - Shipping Industry
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a background in the shipping or logistics industry to manage HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new employees effectively.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support.
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave management, and contract documentation.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration, working closely with finance for timely payroll processing.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of HR experience, ideally within the shipping or logistics industry in the UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
