We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR management, particularly in payroll, compensation and benefits, as well as ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage HR functions, including handling audits and general administrative tasks. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and file management. Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR experience. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and MOHRE requirements. Experience payroll management and compensation & benefits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
