Hr Executive
Job Description
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Recruiting, hiring, and training employees
• Managing employee relations, including conflicts and grievances
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
• Managing employee benefits and compensation
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Collaborating with senior management to define an efficient HR strategy
• Leading and directing the HR team
• Networking with external stakeholders, HR specialists, and colleagues
• At least 3 yrs. in salon field experienced.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
• salon field: 3 years (Preferred)
