We are looking for an experienced Hr Executive /Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of proven success in recruiting diverse IT positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the IT field. we prefer an Arab female having experience in the mentioned Role.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT positions.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting diverse candidates for IT roles.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for various IT positions.
- Arab Female with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
