Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team, an esteemed engineering company based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR management, particularly in handling recruitment, onboarding, visa processes, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage HR functions, including handling audits and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Management:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue and white-collar employees.Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of top-tier talent.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Onboarding and Offboarding:Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.Visa Processing:Oversee visa procedures for new hires, including applications and renewals.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE visa regulations and ensure compliance with government requirements.Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies to expedite visa processing as necessary.Compliance and Audits:Ensure adherence to UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) policies and guidelines.Prepare for and manage audits, including those related to API, ISO, and client requirements.Implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.HR Administration:Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and file management.Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the engineering or related industry.In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and MOHRE requirements.Experience managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Strong understanding of visa processing procedures and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
