Summary HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing the payroll compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, maintaining updated employee records and conduct the recruitment cycle. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full HR cycle and solid knowledge of labor legislation. Job Roles: - Coordinate the processing of payroll and ensure their accuracy. - Conduct quarterly and annual performance review sessions. - Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status. - Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records. - Conduct the hiring and recruitment process. - Develop and implement HR policies and forms throughout the organization. - Monitor budgets by department. - Process employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries and respond in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation. Job Requirements: - Bachelor in Human Resources or relevant field. - Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist. - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems. - Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process. - Familiarity with full recruitment cycle. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good problem-solving abilities. - Team management skills.
