Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention and employee engagement to foster a positive work environment and drive high performance. Manage compensation, benefits, training and development programs, ensuring competitiveness and supporting career growth. Partner with leadership on organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as HR analytics and change management efforts. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in the similar role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred). In-depth knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Expert in talent management, organizational development and workforce planning.
