Your Role
The HR Development Officer is responsible for the following functions: Ensure the creation and updating of job descriptions, job profiles & organization charts of APTIV. Conduct IS employee recruitment interviews: sourcing, pre-selection on file, telephone interviews, physical interviews. Ensure the follow-up of the IS recruitment process: technical interviews, HRM validation interviews and HRD validation interviews. Conduct internal recruitment interviews via global job opening and specific job opening. Implement and ensure compliance with the Onboarding process for IS within the APTIV site: Pre-onboarding of candidates, support for new recruits by managers and buddies. Prepare and ensure the display of all communications related to HR development: welcome, Job opening announcement Ensure the update of development tools: PBP, 9box, my core..... Develop a pool of candidates: internal & external, in advance according to a proactive approach. Participate in projects for the continuous improvement of people's development. Participate in partnership agreements with schools and universities. Manage the status of trainees and their integration. Issue IS transfer documents and ensure their follow-up. Ensure compliance with quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety standards. Ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Your Background Master degree in Human Resources. English is mandatory; Knowledge of HR process; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required; Good computer skills;
