Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and JAFZA regulations.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and performance management processes.
Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and insurance coordination.
Maintain employee records, leave management, and payroll documentation.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with industry-specific labor regulations.
Public Relations Officer (PRO) Duties:
Process visas, labor contracts, and work permits in compliance with
JAFZA Freezone
and UAE government requirements.
Liaise with
JAFZA authorities
, Dubai Immigration, MOHRE, and other government entities for legal and regulatory matters.
Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, registrations, and approvals.
Handle document submissions, attestations, and corporate compliance matters.
Keep up-to-date with government rules and legal requirements affecting business operations in
JAFZA
and the UAE.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR & PRO roles
within
manufacturing and distribution
industries.
Proven expertise in
JAFZA Freezone regulations
and UAE labor laws.
Strong experience in visa processing, employee relations, and compliance management.
Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and English for dealing with government authorities.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HR software and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, JAFZA e-services).
