Job Summary:
The HR Cum PRO will be responsible for managing human resources functions while also handling public relations tasks. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a knack for maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Implement and manage employee engagement programs.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and support career development plans for employees.
• Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
Public Relations Responsibilities:
• Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives. Write and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate press events.
• Company Image: Enhance and protect the company's reputation through effective communication strategies and public relations campaigns.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company newsletters, and corporate publications.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate company events, including press conferences, community outreach programs, and corporate social responsibility activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between the company and its stakeholders, including clients, community members, and industry partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
