We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the HR department with administrative tasks, assist the Operations Manager in various operational functions, and contribute to business development initiatives. Experience in business development is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Help with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Support HR functions such as benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with employment laws.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR-related correspondence.
Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
Assist in coordinating operational activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Prepare reports and presentations for the Operations Manager.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
