Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Handle Employee Visa Processing and DOH Lisencing
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with payroll and WPS
• Support other assigned functions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator with Healthcare company
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
