Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator with Trading Experience to join our team.

Your primary role will be to assist with all human resources activities, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and be able to handle various HR tasks.

You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process.

Your role involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company's talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

Responsibilities



Assist with all internal and external HR related matters. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Recommend strategies to motivate employees. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
