Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding procedures, ensuring new hires receive orientation and are integrated into the hotel culture.
• Employee Records Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Training and Development
• Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking attendance.
• Support career development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Employee Relations
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes under the guidance of the HR Manager.
• Payroll and Benefits
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
• Support the administration of health, wellness, and other employee benefit programs.
• Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Hotel Culture and Values
• Promote the hotel's core values and standards of excellence.
• Support initiatives that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
