We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team and support our day-to-day HR operations. The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in recruitment, employee support, attendance tracking, performance management, and overall HR administration. This position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive employee issues, and a commitment to creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and coordinate hiring for various roles
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
• Track and review daily attendance to ensure adherence to schedules and punctuality standards, especially within the first three months.
• Address any attendance issues in coordination with department leads.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing timely assistance and resolving issues efficiently.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
• Support the performance review process by compiling reports, setting goals with team leads, and monitoring staff progress.
• Assist in coordinating appraisal sessions and tracking performance metrics.
• Plan, organize, and execute internal training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and conduct team-building activities and engagement initiatives to strengthen team dynamics and enhance workplace morale.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, manage health insurance enrollments, and handle renewals for visas, labor contracts, and trade licenses.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and escalate cases requiring management attention.
• Manage employee leave requests, oversee travel and air ticket arrangements, and coordinate staff transportation as needed.
• Assist in the payroll process by tracking attendance, paid and unpaid leave, and managing any necessary deductions.
• Support the HR Manager with special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the fitness or automotive industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse teams.
• Familiarity with HR processes and relevant labor laws.
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
