\xc2\xb7 The HR Coordinator is responsible in administration of the HR Department in the hotel, and should liaise with the Department Heads and colleagues in all HR aspects. \xc2\xb7 As a HR Coordinator you are responsible for processing and carrying out all tasks related to the preparation of all forms, letters and applications for various transactions. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure that Sharjah National Hotels HR Policies & Procedures are strictly adhered and maintained. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to maintain full record of employee file and ensure such information is kept confidential. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure a personnel file is opened for all new colleagues. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure colleagues fill out the standard forms for Personal data, Sign original employment contract etc. A job description is signed, name badge, locker key and uniform is issued. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for participating in recruitment efforts, Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to update colleagues files to ensure that all records are complete, accurate and current. All documents related to concerned colleague is placed in their personnel file. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for assisting during the processing of payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system, Answering payroll questions, Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors \xc2\xb7 Responsible for updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records in the system \xc2\xb7 Responsible for maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions \xc2\xb7 Responsible to arrange welcome letters and put up information of new joining colleagues on the notice board 2 days prior to arrival. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to manage the HR Operation as per the U.A.E. Labour Law \xc2\xb7 Responsible to demonstrate an understanding and an awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety \xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensures purchase of the lowest logical air travel fares for colleagues as entitled in the colleagues contract and /or as per company standard operating procedures \xc2\xb7 Responsible to maintains and controls HR office stationary & Cafeteria supplies at minimal cost and wastage at all times. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to prepare administrative works that are required for any colleague welfare activities in the company. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to maintain HR related records in personnel files and in a timely manner that meets management information needs at any point of time. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to coordinates colleagues issues effectively and efficiently that will not obstruct colleagues to be successful in assisting our guests. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to maintain colleagues trace files advising the Human Resources Manager about end of probationary periods, performance review schedules. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to issue and control of employee lockers and maintain records in order to produce summary on monthly basis \xc2\xb7 Responsible to issue of document copies as and when required by employees \xc2\xb7 Responsible to conduct on monthly colleagues accommodation inspection and accommodation inventory. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to supervise the functioning, cleanliness and maintenance of colleagues locker/changing rooms and cafeteria \xc2\xb7 Responsible to monitor and address the concern with transportation services for colleagues \xc2\xb7 Responsible to propose and monitor the weekly duty roaster for HR department. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to organize colleagues parties, monthly celebrations and other social events. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to attend to telephone calls and inquiries. Assist colleagues in issuing Salary / Employment Certificates, Passport & Visa copies when requested. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to update company information on HR notice boards, update birthdays and other important notices. Keep all information interesting with new and exciting information. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to make transport arrangements for new colleagues arrivals, departures, visa deposit and cancellations. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to disseminate information that relates to local law and changes in law and advises hotel. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to monitor expiry dates of employee documents and ensure their renewals are processed on time \xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the HR department as well as ensure upkeep and maintenance of the HR office. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to coordinate with the internal and external auditor to furnish the requested colleagues information for audit purposes \xc2\xb7 Responsible to perform assignments as may be requested from time to time by the Director of Human Resources and/or by Management. - Atleast have an experience in Admin works - Can join immediately Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
