Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in onboarding and collecting documents from new employees
Applying for visas and work permits using the freezone portal; renewing and cancelling employment permits
Coordinating and following up with the freezone authorities on visa issues; visiting the freezone branch and other external departments like embassies in-person if required
Creating and maintaining employee folders, both hard copy files and soft copies in the company's HRIS system.
Manage and coordinating the freezone company license applications, renewals, and amendments.
Recruitment Assistance: assisting in contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
Apply for employees' insurances by filling in their details in the insurance portal
Respond to employees' queries or requests for updates
Assisting in the preparation of letters or reports
Other HR activities as needed
Requirements:
Good written and oral communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Prior experience in HR and PRO activities
A valid UAE driving license is preferred
Prior experience in using Oracle HCM or other HRIS systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
