Job Title : HR Coordinator / HR Officer
Location : Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Nationality: Arabic
Salary Range : AED 2,000 - AED 3,000
Job Responsibilities :
• Visa Processing :
• Handle end-to-end visa applications (employment, residency, etc.).
• Coordinate with PROs and government authorities for timely processing of visas and work permits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
• Insurance Management :
• Assist with the administration of employee health insurance.
• Process claims, additions, and deletions of employees in the insurance system.
• Maintain records and resolve queries related to insurance coverage and benefits.
• Filing and Documentation :
• Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
• Ensure all documents are complete and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
• Ticket Booking :
• Handle flight bookings for employees, especially for business trips and leave travel.
• Liaise with travel agencies and ensure competitive rates and schedules for employees.
• General HR Support :
• Assist in onboarding new hires, conducting orientation, and maintaining HR files.
• Support payroll by providing attendance and leave records to the accounts team.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, visa status, and insurance benefits.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in HR .
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
