Handling queries of TG Site staff in a timely and professional manner

Responsible for understanding and resolving any staff issues, questions, or workplace disputes
Responsible for ensuring that disciplinary actions related to accommodation incidents are taken as per the company police and UAE labor law
Responsible for updating oracle with correct information related to resignations, terminations, and annual leaves. This needs to be done promptly to ensure everything is current and correct
Responsible for resolving staff queries raised on ESP within SLAs
Responsible for escalating any issue which is against the rules and UAE labor law to your line manager immediately
Responsible for always ensuring data confidentiality
