We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist with HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.Monitor and track attendance, leaves, and employee absences.Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.Support performance review processes and training programs.RequirementsRequirements:Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 24 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the UAE.Skills:Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRMS experience is a plus.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.BenefitsBenefits:Competitive salaryMedical insurance and paid leaveOpportunities for professional developmentFriendly and collaborative work environment
