Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage recruitment processes to attract and select top talent. Oversee learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance. Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings. Foster positive employee relations and address any workplace issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the organization.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in a similar role within

reputed hospitality organizations

is preferred. Excellent
