We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing the entire visa process, overseeing HR accounts, and supervising all HR-related activities. The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in Payroll Management, Grievance Handling, Recruitment & Training, Compensation & Benefits, and Report Making.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track the complete visa process, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Manage and oversee HR accounts, including documentation and compliance-related tasks.
Act as the supervisor for all HR-related activities, ensuring smooth execution of HR operations.
Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Handle employee grievances efficiently and provide necessary resolutions in line with company policies.
Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Plan and execute training and development programs for employees.
Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with company standards and market trends.
Prepare and submit HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of HR experience in the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
Experience in payroll management and HR reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle grievances and conflict resolution professionally.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
UAE Driving License
(preferred but not mandatory).
