We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.This position requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR role.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
