Job Role:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain accurate documentation related to HR processes, including employment contracts, offer letters, visa applications, and other HR-related documents, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Assist with visa typing processes, including preparing and submitting visa applications, coordinating with government authorities and PRO services, and ensuring timely renewal of visas and work permits for employees.
• Coordinate and schedule new hire orientations and onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, facilitating new hire orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documents are completed and submitted.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documents, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Process employee data changes, including promotions, transfers, terminations, and other HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, preparing disciplinary letters, and maintaining records of employee complaints and resolutions.
• Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and serve as a point of contact for employees' benefits-related inquiries.
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare various HR reports and presentations as needed and participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing HR-related documents and files.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or related HR roles, preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, and experience in adhering to local labor laws.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English & Hindi/Urdu both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
