• Strong written & verbal English Communication Skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you must have a clear understanding of your employer's business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right staff to meet these objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Work closely with various departments to understand and implement policies and procedures
• Answering employee questions
• Processing incoming mail
• Creating and distributing documents
• Setting appointments and arranging meetings
• Maintaining HR system by updating and entering data
• Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
• Creating and posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• Preparing new employee files
• Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• Administering new employment assessments
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
• Administer payroll and maintain employee records
• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure Leave Management procedures are adhered to and monitored
• Coordinate with PRO for all visa and ministry requirements and ensure timely renewal of visas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• HR Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
