Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR department's everyday operations. This position entails a variety of administrative and HR responsibilities, such as recruitment assistance, personnel records maintenance, benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with business rules and regulatory requirements. The HR Coordinator serves as a point of contact for employees and management with HR-related issues, thereby contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain employee records, both digital and physical.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for the HR department.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to governmental authorities as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: 1 year experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar position.
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law: Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
