A Human Resource Coordinator is professional who is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They supervise staff to ensure assignments are completed appropriately and timely. Oversee multiple aspects of hiring from the initial application through orientation; receive requisitions for recruitment, verify accuracy, log, and track approval process.
Responsibilities
• Excellent in organization skills
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR services and operations including recruitment, employee engagement and relations.
• Partner with line manager(s) to manage recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to offer management
• Oversee and guide HR & Admin Executive to deliver a pleasant and sufficient onboarding experience for new joiners.
• Lead and manage orientation program including recruitment, induction, engagement, and placement.
• Maintain and administer HR system including leave management and Visa operations
• Ensure accurate and updated employee data is maintained in HR system in a consistent and confidential manner
• Assist Human Resources in HR projects such as C&B review, HR analytics, rewards & engagement initiatives
• A key member to help maintain the culture and synergy across the organization, responsible for employee engagement activities and social events
Qualifications
• Excellent in organization skills
• familiar with HR related software
• strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• has leadership skills
• must hold a degree related to HR, Psychology and has UAE Construction-Industry experience
• familiar with the MOHRE Policies & Laws
• able to work autonomously, has a calm personality under work pressure.
