The ideal candidate will assist with a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with the administration of benefits and payroll processing.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support the HR department in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
Prepare and generate HR reports and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of experience in an HR role or similar administrative position preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
