Based in our Head Office, Dubai. Our HR Coordinators are responsible for the following:
Employee annual, biannual and exit flight bookings and reimbursements, business travel, accommodation arrangements and transportation, if required
Maintaining both digital and hard copies of employee records and transactions.
Assist with attendance, payroll reports, leave settlements, deductions and communication with line managers.
Administers medial insurance plan, including enrollments, changes and terminations and ensures accurate record-keeping.
Provide employee requests for salary certificates, employment certificates, NOC, Salary Transfer Letter, etc.
Responsible for completing employee documents for payroll bank account opening and coordinate with bank representatives for the issuance
To be considered for this role, you will possess strong English communication skills. You will be an expert in Excel and have strong organizational skills, comfortable handling multiple projects and tasks at once.
