Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Support employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events, training programs, and other HR initiatives.
Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and materials to employees.
Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position .
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
