This is a great opportunity for someone to enhance the employee journey for our existing and new employees.Responsibilities
Prepare, print and scan letters for internal and external stakeholders as required
Create new employee files
Pre-screening calls for candidates
Procuring suppliers as required
Prepares offer letters for candidates
Prepares contracts of employment for candidates
Document assets assigned to employees
Assist PRO with the processing of visas and renewal visas for employees
Secures medical insurance policies and enhanced polices for all employees
Maintains HR spreadsheet with employee data
Oversees calendar of events for birthdays, medical insurance renewals and company licence renewals
Oversees office management
Coordinates new hire inductions
Requirements
CIPD L3 or above required
Proficient in UAE Labour Law
Good attention to detail
Passionate about making a difference and enhancing our employee's day at work
