Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated HR Coordinator with a strong personality who is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic insight and operational excellence, with a deep understanding of Arab cultural nuances that can influence effective HR practices. You will play a key role in streamlining HR functions and supporting employees while ensuring that organizational policies are executed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new employees, ensuring they understand company culture and values, especially with an understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Employee Relations: Provide proactive support in addressing employee concerns, fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and mutual understanding. Use strong interpersonal skills to mediate conflicts and encourage team cohesion.
• Performance Management: Assist in monitoring employee performance, helping to implement feedback systems, training programs, and development plans to ensure continuous improvement.
• HR Administration: Oversee employee records, track attendance, process HR-related paperwork, and maintain a smooth flow of information between departments.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure that all company policies, especially regarding workplace behavior, benefits, and compensation, are communicated clearly and consistently enforced.
• Cultural Sensitivity & Inclusion: Bring insights from your Arab cultural background to advise on practices that enhance inclusivity and respect for diverse backgrounds in the workplace.
• Training & Development: Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster employee growth, motivation, and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong, confident personality with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role, with knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of Arab cultural dynamics and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds within the workplace.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate delicate situations with professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in \[Arabic/English] (both written and spoken).
