Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team (With Furniture Factory Experience ) In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and contributing to the overall success of our organization through various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and communication of benefits packages.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
• Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions, and tracking employee training progress.
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics, including compiling HR metrics and preparing reports for management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience in human resources or a related field, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems, and other HR-related software.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
