Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, streamlining processes, and enhancing the employee experience. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and will assist in executing people strategies that drive the organization's goals. Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. - Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. - Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for employees to enhance their skills and career growth. - Prepare HR reports and provide data analytics support to drive decision-making processes. - Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures. - Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.



Requirements

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position - Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices - Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular) - Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems - In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities - Familiarity with social media recruiting - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle data with confidentiality - Good organizational and time management skills - BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
