The HR Coordinator supports the human resources department by assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance:
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support: Asist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and documentation completion
• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Training and Development:Support training initiatives by coordinating logistics and tracking participation
• Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
