Position: HR Consultant with extenstive hiring expereience with Blue and white color. Location: Dubai (On-site) Responsibilities:
- Craft captivating video profiles of prospective candidates using multimedia tools.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring teams while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Work on contract preparation and management.
- Manage client accounts.
- Handle hiring from blue-collar to senior levels.
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in HR consultancy.
- Proven expertise in multimedia recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency with online recruiting tools.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Familiarity with (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- End-to-end recruitment process management.
- Network of potential candidates across diverse channels.
- Commitment to multimedia recruitment trends.
- Ability to coach candidates on creating video profiles.
- Available to start within a week.
- Available in Dubai for an interview.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- HR Consultnacy in Dubai/UAE: 2 years (Required)
- Drafting client contracts: 1 year (Required)
- Hiring blue colour upto senior roles: 2 years (Preferred)
- HR qualification/certification (Required)
