Follow us on LinkedIn:About Our ClientOur client, a fast-growing organization in the technology and gaming industry with operations across the GCC, India, and the Middle East & Africa regions, is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support their rapid growth and organizational development efforts.Only candidates currently residing in Dubai will be considered for this role.Requirements:Responsibilities:
- HR Process Implementation: Establish and standardize key HR processes to ensure organizational efficiency and scalability.
- OKR Framework: Develop and implement an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to align team goals with the company's vision and strategy.
- Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment initiatives to support the company's ambitious growth plans, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business units to identify and address HR needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- HR Strategy Support: Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management to build a sustainable, high-performing culture.
- Proven experience as an HR Professional, ideally within fast-paced and rapidly growing industries.
- Strong expertise in HR process design, recruitment strategies, and performance management systems.
- Experience in implementing OKR frameworks is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is essential.
