HR Process Implementation: Establish and standardize key HR processes to ensure organizational efficiency and scalability.
OKR Framework: Develop and implement an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to align team goals with the company's vision and strategy.
Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment initiatives to support the company's ambitious growth plans, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business units to identify and address HR needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
HR Strategy Support: Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management to build a sustainable, high-performing culture.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Professional, ideally within fast-paced and rapidly growing industries.
Strong expertise in HR process design, recruitment strategies, and performance management systems.
Experience in implementing OKR frameworks is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
