Job Purpose:
Responsible to manage the intake, handling and storage of documentation and files of all full time and contract employees. Ensure that requirements for contract staff is handled effectively, payments are done ontime and all queries are dealt with.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Process contract manpower requirements on timely manner.
• Ensure that the contract manpower timesheet are verified regularly and the payments are processed on time.
• Ensure that the organizational documentation are saved/stored as per policy with easy traceability.
• Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Assist in updating the employee data in the e-HR portal (HRMS).
• Perform data entry and filing of all HR related documents.
• Assist with HR projects, such as creating employee handbooks and updating job descriptions.
• Provide support to the HR team with tasks various tasks as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Adhere to established safe work procedures.
• Promptly report any incidents or accidents to both the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department and management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR databases.
Pre Requisites:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a Human Resources role preferred.
• Knowledge of basic HR functions.
