What You Will Do In Your Role

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Support HR Transformation and Operating Model initiatives
- Talent Strategy and Succession Planning
- HR Compliance risks, develop gap closure plan and implement a systematic approach to maintaining compliance
- Ensure success of HR Operating model and effective management of Shared Services.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Drive innovation in HR functions and processes while supporting transformation efforts
- Partner with Business on effective implementation of Transformation, Culture advancement and Talent Strategy
Requirements:
- Shared Services experience
- Experience in Compensation and Benefit
- Experience supporting business transformation initiatives
- Ability to look at processes critically and challenge status quo
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures, employment and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Influencing ability with high level of ownership and accountability
- Result oriented
- Change management
