What You Will Do In Your Role

• Support HR Transformation and Operating Model initiatives

Talent Strategy and Succession Planning

HR Compliance risks, develop gap closure plan and implement a systematic approach to maintaining compliance

Ensure success of HR Operating model and effective management of Shared Services.

Manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Drive innovation in HR functions and processes while supporting transformation efforts * Partner with Business on effective implementation of Transformation, Culture advancement and Talent Strategy
