Lead the HR function by understanding and prioritizing business needs, translating them into actionable HR strategies and driving the results.
Design and implement HR strategies and policies to build a high-performing culture of success, accountability, transparency, and collaboration to drive employee engagement and business results.
Providing positive experiences for Mammoet team members in their employment life cycle, from candidate attraction and onboarding to leaving the business.
Advising and supporting the business and its leaders on all elements of the employee life cycle in line with company standards and legislation.
Manage and ensure the realization of the year plan/budget for the department.
Drive & Implement employee engagement, recognition, reward, and retention programs.

Implement & drive performance management and talent development process & system, Engage with managers and employees coach and counsel employees.
Prepare manpower/workforce planning for recruitment, create succession plans, and assure enough anticipation and effective implementation.
Provide oversight of the project resources and utilisation for the region.
Work closely with the Global Mobility team and ensure all project resources working in the different work locations fulfill the requirements on immigration, tax, and labor compliance.
Support the global mobility programs and assignment and expatriates tax and immigration matters for the region.
Undertake projects in HR with the aim of continuous improvement
WHAT YOU\'LL NEED
Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years experience as a Human Resources generalist; minimum 5 years experience as a MEA HR generalist in a similar industry/environment with deep working knowledge of MEA Labor Law.
Strong recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning experience.
Experience with a project-led business is an advantage
Experience in HR operational aspects (Talent availability, Salary & Benefits, Legal/Labour Compliance, Income Tax, Social Context Influence, and resilience within a matrix organization structure
Dynamic, resilient and results-driven and a team player
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
Strong critical thinking to identify interdependencies between issues, data and outcomes, clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture
Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible and managing uncertainty
Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to run projects and handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
Fluent in the English language, written and spoken.
Good interpersonal skills, adaptable and proactive
