Project Role- Successfully lead the design, planning, implementation and review of new HR programmes
Company Role- Provide advice to management by counselling them on HR related issues. Work closely with every department to ensure that training courses offered meet the needs of staff. Advice on an incentive pay structure linked to employee performance and managing the development implementation for all staff levels and implementing a performance review system. Offering HR advice about the completion of individual reviews. Ensure employee payment operations are properly set up and function continually. Explain company personnel policies, benefits and procedures to employees. Request necessary information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other referees to determine applicants\' employment acceptability.
