Job Title: HR Business Partner (UAE National) Reports to: Director of Shared Services Sector: Shared Services Role Overview: Our client is one of the government councils in Abu Dhabi looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP), who will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, reporting to the Director of Shared Services. The role includes managing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, vendor management, HR systems, and records management. Key Accountabilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage HR transactions (onboarding, transfers, terminations, etc.). Oversee employee benefits programs. Support talent management and succession planning. Address employee inquiries and issues. Implement employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits for compliance. Identify training needs and coordinate programs. Promote continuous learning and development. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in HR Management or related field. Minimum 6 years of HR operations and performance management experience. Should have contributed to several HR projects or been a part of transformational programs. CIPD or similar HR certification. Experience with HR transactional services and systems management. Strong knowledge of HR concepts and employee lifecycle. Excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented.
