Looking for a Bahrain National for an HR Business Partner position, suitable candidate must have. 2 - 4 years of work experience as HRBP Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail industry. Build solid relationships and get to know associates on a personal level by walking the floor and being hands-on with the retail team Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Retail business leaders & Store Managers by providing advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation Handle various employee relations issues, such as investigating employees complaints, resolving employee conflicts and advising appropriate action to management for Retail division.
