Salary: AED 4,000 per month (depending on experience)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner or HR Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support and advice to our clients, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing HR expertise and guidance.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, and development.
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR practices.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 year of HR and Accountant experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and UAE labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Driving license is advantageous but not essential.
