This role is suited for a commercially minded HR professional with a strong background in recruitment agencies and expertise in the real estate or construction sectors.As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key player in shaping and executing the companys HR strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to implement best-in-class HR practices that align with business objectives. The role will require you to take a hands-on approach to talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and workforce optimisation.
Drive recruitment initiatives, working closely with hiring managers to secure top talent for key roles.
Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Provide HR guidance on policies, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Support leadership in workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
Lead initiatives on talent retention and employee well-being to enhance company culture.
Work with leadership to identify and implement learning and development programs that drive career growth and internal mobility.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have experience working in a recruitment agency with a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies.
Prior HR experience in the real estate or construction industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work in a fast-paced environment, and drive business-aligned HR strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive employee engagement and talent development programs.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary range: 15,000 - 20,000 AED per month, depending on experience.
