Responsible for delivering, and partnering with the assigned function, to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring the adherence to global standards, and local regulations.
Providing support to the HR for the right organizational setup, people and organizational capabilities, and people behaviors matching the current and future business needs.
Oversee employee relations matters by developing and implementing programs to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
Identifying talents across the businesses and steering their development, in support of leaders.
Working with the Head of HR to manage headcounts and manpower costs in coordination with payroll.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Only Candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree.
Minimum 7-10 years of Human Resources experience of which 5-7 years experience as an HR business partner.
General knowledge and experience in the human resources field with emphasis on talent acquisition, training employee development, performance and talent management, employee relations, and corporate culture.
Modern HR mindset; strong relationship management.
Possesses strong business acumen and tactical thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
